Website use

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its security, operation or other customers. Product information is provided in good faith and may be corrected when errors are discovered.

Products, pricing and availability

Prices are displayed in Kenyan shillings unless stated otherwise. Availability, specifications and prices may change. A WhatsApp click, cart submission or automated acknowledgement does not by itself guarantee acceptance or stock reservation.

Orders

An order is accepted after Wistan confirms the products, price, delivery arrangements and payment method. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, information is incorrect, fraud is suspected or fulfilment is not reasonably possible.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available only when enabled and confirmed for the customer’s location and order. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information and be available to receive the order.

Intellectual property

Wistan branding and original website content may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Wistan is not liable for indirect loss arising from website downtime, third-party services or misuse of a product.
